[Product Delivery]

Order to shipping: 3-8 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Shipping to arrival: 5-10 business days (Product shipping and delivery may be slightly delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.)

Delivery will be handled by Sagawa Express/Japan Post.

After shipment is complete, you will be notified of the tracking number by email.

[Returns and Exchanges]

1. Returns are accepted for defective products, damaged products due to delivery accidents, or incorrect products due to delivery errors. In such cases, the shipping cost for returns will be borne by our company, so please send the item with shipping paid on delivery.

Returns are only accepted for unused items and for products for which we are contacted within 7 days of arrival (including defective products). Please check if there are any defects when the product arrives. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please be sure to contact us by email within 14 business days of product arrival. Please note that inquiries received after 14 business days will not be accepted. If a product received is found to be defective or is different from the ordered product, we will process a return or exchange for the same product.

2. Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

・Products without tags

・Products that have been more than 7 days since arrival

・Products that have been used, repaired, washed, or dry-cleaned

・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession

・Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience (such as color or size)

*We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Furthermore, even for non-defective products, there may be cases where returns are not accepted even for unused products. Please be aware of this in advance.

3. For return/exchange procedures, please contact us by email or through the message box on My Page. Also, please include your order information, the reason for the return/exchange, and the problem in your email (please describe in as much detail as possible). For defective products, please attach an image of the entire returned product and images of the flawed areas (evidence photos, please take them as clearly as possible). After reviewing your email, our company will respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Parcels may be returned due to long-term absence, refusal of receipt, unknown address, etc. If you wish to have the product delivered, please contact customer service via email or the message box on My Page.

5. The refund amount for returns will be the actual amount you paid. After the returned product arrives at our company and is inspected, the refund process will be completed in about one week (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). The refund fee will be borne by our company.
