At MIREZANE, we typically prepare and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

Shipping Methods

Shipping is handled via our dedicated express courier service, and cash-on-delivery is also available.

We ship within Japan.

Hokkaido, Kagoshima, and Okinawa are remote areas, and along with some other isolated islands, delivery may take longer than usual.

Standard Delivery: Approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch

Delays may occur during sales periods, due to weather, customs, or the shipping company's circumstances.

・Within Japan, excluding Hokkaido, Kagoshima, and Okinawa: A flat rate of 850 JPY

・For orders totaling 8,999 JPY or more, shipping is free nationwide (including remote areas).

・Hokkaido, Kagoshima, and Okinawa: Additional shipping fees will apply.

After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

It may take 24-72 hours for tracking information to be updated.

If an item is returned due to incorrect address entry by the customer, refusal of receipt, or prolonged absence, redelivery fees may apply.
