Return and Refund Policy

At MIREZANE, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions to ensure you can shop with peace of mind.

Return and Exchange Acceptance Period:

Please contact service@mirezane.com within 14 days of product arrival.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

We will accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions are met:

・The item must be unused and unwashed.

・Tags, accessories, and packaging must be in their original condition as much as possible upon arrival.

・You must have contacted us within 14 days of product arrival.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

・Items that have been used, washed, or have stains or odors.

・Items with tags removed.

・Items damaged or soiled by the customer.

・Sale items, outlet items, or final sale items.

・Items explicitly stated as non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Defective Products and Incorrect Deliveries:

If a product is defective or you received a different item than ordered, please contact service@mirezane.com with photos within 14 days of product arrival. After confirmation, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

After confirming the returned product, we will process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Depending on your card company or payment service, it may take additional days for the refund to actually reflect.
