Frilled Neck Ribbon Pleated Chiffon Blouse

The soft, pale blue bodice features delicate, fine pleats running vertically down the front, visually slimming and elongating the upper body for a light and sophisticated look. The neckline features a petit stand-up mellow ruffle design with a thin ribbon, adding a three-dimensional effect around the neck. This top alone makes a strong style statement.
